Dear Maygra,

I kind of got introduced to slash when I started reading your HL Mac/Methos stories. After being completely dazzled by the wonderful slash sex, I became sucked in by your great characterizations of Methos, Mac and Joe. I know you no longer write the HL universe, but I am so glad for this wonderful tidbit that you've given us. I never realized how much I miss your Methos until I read "Worth Having".

Thank you for giving me back such great memories.

It's quite a coincidence to discover this story at the same time that I'm re-reading - after all these years, based on a rec by birggitt in hl_recs - The Ragged Edge, which you co-wrote with MacGeorge. I enjoy re-reading your old HL stories and was glad to see something new from you in the fandom. Methos/Joe is not a pairing I gravitate towards normally, but I thought your story was well done. I thank kensieg, Sweet Charity and YOU for this (sadly) brief return to Highlander.

It was a thrill to find you had taken a break from your current fascination to pen a HL piece. It was even a bigger thrill to discover the story did *not* revolve around what most fans would consider the OTP. I greatly appreciate authors who step outside the box and explore the possibilities of a pairing that isn't the norm for a fandom. Not to say I don't absolutely love your Duncan/Methos collection!!! Your HL work is what brought me into the slash universe and here I remain over a decade later. Thanks for corrupting me in the best way possible!

Hope you feel better soon!!!!
