This is gorgeous. Languid and heavy and rich with description. The swamp and its creatures are so three-dimensional, and I could hear them and the storm, and smell the ozone. Sam and Dean are beautifully *them*.

I'm putting this in my memories to read the next time there's a big thunderstorm here.
