i love this menu - i want to try the pork chops and the root roast. i have become a big fan of starting potatoes in the microwave and finishing them in the oven (even though i have to turn off all the lights in the kitchen if i want to run the microwave, as otherwise i run the risk of flipping the circuit breaker. agg.)
