I wish wish wish I could write like this.

I love how you write the relationship between them, so every gesture and action is laden with meaning. See, I can't even comment right. That sounds like it's heavy and ponderous, and it isn't, it's agile and light and very beautiful.

Dean digging shotgun pellets out of Sam's back has no right to be so moving, OR so hot. I felt almost anxious through some of this - because one slip and... - and what got me through it was the understanding between Dean and Sam. They know each other so very well, and trust each other so very much, and so anything that happens is going to be okay. It's a truly consensual relationship and that's somewhat rare. So often Dean's the bitch or Sam's the bitch. Here they're equal, and I really really liked it.
