ETA Apparently it's a mozilla/firefox add on. I can make it stop floating but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. It's in the Add on menu under "insets".

Does anyone else have this bizarre html edit bar popping up every time you post? What the hell is it and How do I get rid of it? Clicking the little red X doesn't make it go away.
